I would like to add a module on our main menu with the link of our Prezi/Presentation. Is that possible?

Yes, this is possible.

But first I would like to ask you a question?

You simply want to add a link?
If so, create a note with the link, send via the internal messaging system for all your users, and pessa them to add as a bookmark, this is the most logical way.

Now if you want to embed a module with your presentations, and use the features of the API javascript prezi, I recommend you the following.

Create a new page.
Edit the code by adding the resources from the API, to provide viewing of your presentations.

edit the file "conf.json" on your server, and share your progress with the community, this can help others.
