Add RDS into the cluster

I hosted frappe press locally and want to setup the cluster to build my own SAAS solution for frappe apps

Steps:

  1. Created root domain.
  2. In the root domain connections:
    a. Created TLS certificate
    b. Created Proxy server

and for Database server I want to add RDS as database server, How to do that?
