Add Roles button is not working

Hi, I have created a user by clicking on Edit full form. After saving user, a popup appeared to prompting to add roles. But that button doesnt have any action, not redirecting to any page. What could be the issue?

Why don’t I see similar tabs in user profile?

Check the screenshot and spot it, I tried searching roles and it returns 0.

@anilpoda try refreshing the page . are you using administrator or any other user with permissions ?

I am admin. I dont see these options since I started using for about 2 months.
