Add Serial No Button not working

Hello
Add Serial No Button on the Stock Entry form is not working.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a Stock Entry from Material Request
  2. As the Items are fetched automatically, when you expand the item in Item table and try to add serial no by clicking Add Serial No button, Add Serial No window does not popup
  3. There is no error in the console as well

Exception:
The button works for the same item, if the item is removed and added again in the Item Table

Can u suggest the type of Stock entry that you are trying to create?

If possible share the screenshot of the implemented steps for better reference.

This issue was fixed in one of the later updates, not facing this issue in the latest version.
