Add shortcuts in side menu in frappe ERP next?

I want to add shortcuts like this any one can help me please

I saw a lot user need this feature, include me, but it seems they not included this feature to core features.

I think this could be done by JavaScript, now I tried to learn JavaScript and custom app Dev to make by ourself. But it very hard for me, since I have experience on c# window form only.
