Adding Employees as a participant to an Event

I want to add and Employee to an as a participant in an event. So I select an event with this page:

But then the participant shows with the Employee ID which is meaningless when you bring up the event to see who is on the list.

How do you make the employee name show in the participant list?

You can’t change it because it comes from the Event Participants table.

If you want to show the employee’s name in the event then generate/create an employee as a name, not an employee id.

Please create Employee by Full Name not naming series.

If id makes as a name then it will show in the event.
