Adding more fields and Calculate with Grand Total in Supplier Quotation

I want to add more fields to Supplier Quotation and calculate(addition) with those fields data with Grand Total. How do I do the calculation?

I want to add value to Freight Charge/Service Charge/Carrying Charge and addition with Grand Total value
