Adding new item in stock module

While i try to add a new item in the stock module its showing “TypeError: ‘str’ object does not support item assignment in erp next” this error is comming.

For version-15,

Please again migrate the site and check it.
any type of code added in that doctype / Item doctype?

because we checked in the latest version of ERPNext so we haven’t found any type of issue.
