Adding Payment/account details to invoice for different departments

Please it’s 2024 and this option is still unavailable on ERPNext.
The T&C option advised to be used isn’t very much flexible.
Assigning T&C to user as default isn’t very much effective as some users work across different departments and still have to choose manually.

Maybe someone can help with how to move the T&C option from TERMS to DETAILS(front page).

Please developers should really looking into giving bank details on invoices a section on it’s own, it’s super vital for business success.
