Adjust leave with working on holiday

Hi. I have registered a holiday list in which sat and sunday will be off.
But one of my employee took leave on friday but willing to work on sunday.
But one of the casual leave got subtracted. How can i adjust it?

If leave is taken first and then worked on coming holiday, then leave will be deducted. Then for the working on a holiday employee can file for attendance request and then for compensatory leave. This when approved will be listed as 1 compensatory leave balance.

This compensatory leave can be used in a next leave application. It does not work if you took a leave on 4th and worked on 7th (holiday) of the same month.
