Admin Account Permissions Changed, Unable to Access Critical Documents

Hello, I work at an NGO using ERPNext for a small team of under 100. It seems that somehow the user permissions for our sole Admin account were changed and now our Admin account has no access to any of the custom DocTypes and Web Forms we created. We can’t change permissions or access any of our documents via the back-end, but on the front end those that we published are still visible. Any guidance on how to get back into the system and return our user permissions please? This is an urgent issue for us as we’ve essentially been locked out of our own Admin account nd are unable to access any critical documents.
