Advance money reflection

Dear ones

we have received advance money from the customer.it is only reflecting in standard format of invoicing format but not in others like modern ,spartan & all…how to deal with this?
please help.

Hi Vinay,

Classic, Modern and Spartan are scripted print formats, unlike Standard, which is auto generated.

Hence, to make desired fields appear in these print formats, you will have to copy these print formats and edit the scripting. You will need to know a bit of HTML and JavaScript for this.
