Advise needed on e-mail configuration with GSuite


We, as company, are using Gsuite for our all mailing operations. As far as I understand, ERPNext (v9) has need at least 2 dedicated system inbox (beside personal ones) as “Defaut inbox” and “Default sending”

I would like to ask that is there any way to properly configure it without opening a new GSuite inbox? If so how?

If it’s not possible, Can both “default inbox” and “default sending” be the same email (inbox)?

After couple of tries, I found that, ERPNext cannot mail behalf of group or alias with GSuite. Therefor you have to create at least one dedicated inbox for “notifications” and “default inbox”.

As free alternative, you can use local mailserver.
