After bench create new site not a nice landing page to see in Nginx

Using branch 15 the start screen from redis on port 8000 is nice and show all information

Trying to use NGINX give me this website

And unable to login as any user

Search all documentation and information on the web, not able to solve it

Searching for the issue I found that under the folders /opt/nexterp/frappe-bench/sites/new-site/public/files are all empty.

How to get this filled with the website files?

Please advice

Build your bench, This may work for this issue

I did with bench build, no change, even did bench build --app frappe_desk_theme

But don’t know if I need to add this to the created site.
I did multiple installation on every time a new VM machine, got the same results every time

run

 chmod o+x /home/{{frappe_user}}

and then run

bench build
