After login is this the right start page and how to continue?

Searching on inter net I see that older version have. after login as administrator, colored icons on the page

I get this as first screen after login as Administrator with branch 15, using crmapp.localhost:8000 or http://crmapp.localhost give the same screen.

Also looking for the manufacturing part in nexterp but unable to find it.
