After selecting the value is not showing in the table

In the above image there is a table there is a field in the Required Items table named Add Serial / Batch . In that field after i select a value it is not showing the seleted value instead it is shown empty. How to rectify this?

First, reload the page.

Add Serial / Batch No is a button, so open the row and check it.
