We currently receive laboratory test samples from external institutions, which we process in our own laboratory. Once the tests are completed, we generate a report and share it via email with the laboratory manager of the requesting institution.
As part of our workflow, we provide these external institutions with login credentials (username and password), allowing them to:
Track the status of their own lab test requests
Submit new test requests using their credentials
Each test report contains key timestamps such as the test request date, sample collection date, sample acceptance date, and test approval date.
We would like to know if Frappe Health can be configured to support this workflow.
