All of a sudden have started getting Refused to connect error. How to solve it

May please try this to find open ports and kill those precesses:

I am unable to start my bench - bind: Address already in use

My solution are: find ports: lsof -i -P -n | grep LISTEN kill them (11000, 12000, 13000, 8000, 9000): sudo lsof -t -i tcp:<PORT> -s tcp:listen | sudo xargs kill
