Allowing a specific pos profile to give discount more than the item MAX dicount

Hi!
One of my client wants a Wholesale POS where he can give discount more than the item max discount.
Max discount for items is 20% for Retail Stores POS, but in Wholesale the discount can be 50%. So, how can I allow only one specific POS profile to give discount more than the item max discount
