Hello is there anyone know where to find mws credentials?
@Johnrech_Cabatana I think the steps are something like this…
- Sign up for a Amazon Developer Account ($~40/mo?) and get an Amazon Dev ID and Developer Name
- Supply those to a SellerCentral Account (yours or your client) and have them navigate to the App Store, then Manage Your Apps. They can click on “Authorize new developer”
- After they supply the Developer Name and ID, they will get their Seller ID and MWS Auth Token.
That’s the good news…
The bad news is that Amazon is transitioning away from MWS to a new system called SP-API. It is similar but uses LWA (Login with Amazon) and is still pretty fragile based on our experience. Because of the transition, they are no longer allowing certain things. By that, I mean that I am not sure you can get new MWS Dev credentials.
