We’re a small business running ERPNext and struggling to find a part-time accountant who actually knows the system. Generic job boards like Indeed get us applicants who’ve never touched ERPNext, and onboarding them from scratch is painful.
Is there a community job board, freelancer directory, or any go-to place where ERPNext-savvy accountants/CAs are available for hire?
Would love to know how others have solved this hiring problem.
