API call to ERPNext failed when connecting the ZKTeco device with ERPNext

Hello for All Frappe people there.
Anyone know how to solve this error…? and also what cause this in the first pleace.? I tried to regenerate the API secret Key and use another API from another user but without avail.

Hello my friends.
We solved this problem as follows:
Just make sure that all employees in your list have identical entries for 1 and 2.
