We are looking for ready tested repairs/maintenance solution in ERPNEXT which can be extention of Support/maintenance visit. We need to track machine for repairs, parts consumption, billing. We tried work around with existing feature in ERPNEXT (maintenance visit), but no good enough. Kindly advise.

You can use ERPNEXT Asset Module for the the same.
I have configured it for One of My Customer and It is working fine.
You can use the Asset Repair Function for the same.

Thanks for your reply. This service is not for our assets. We have our customers walkin with their machines for repairs. We register their complain using maintenance visit. But the process there after is not full proof for Stock entry and billing.
