Applying Bootstrap Theme

Thanks Rushabh for the revert.
I will go through the code you have shared and check if that helps achieve what we desire.

We would like to start with this and ultimately build the theme support in the Frappe as a feature. Currently hoping for it could be achieved being Bootstrap as UI base.
Surely, we seek your guidance and help in solution and approach rest we will contribute efforts in coding.
