Are Leave Types prorated by default based on date of joining?
For example, if we allocate 12 casual leaves annually, if employee joins in the beginning of July, will the employee get 6 leaves?

So, for new employee from date should be date of joining?
From next year onwards employee gets allocated with default leaves?
yes from date would be the date of joining
