Assessment group not create

I am not able to create assessment group

[NCP]

Already someone raised the issue.

There was issue In Creating "Assessment Group"

on installing education module, “All Assessment Groups” should have been created.

Can you check whether there an Item Group called “Fee Component” was created or not?
Got to Item Group Doctype and search Fee Component.

Go to the doctype called “Item Group” and and in their is “Fee Component” entry created or not.

fix: add patch for sales invoice permission and parent assessment group
