Asset Depreciation Entry Not Created Automatically

I have imported 2036 assets to erpnext. 825 of which should have depreciation entries for the past periods.

I imported them yesterday, but today I found depreciation was automatically booked only for around 50 assets. For the rest of the assets, the depreciation entries wre not made. (I have
“Book Asset Depreciation Entry Automatically” turned on in Account settings)

Any suggestions?

I suspect this was the scheduled job and it says completed!
