Assets: Shouldn't Insurance Details fields be 'Allowed on Submit'?

Dear community, as shown in the Asset doc below, shouldn’t Insurance Detail fields be ‘Allowed on Submit’? Reason being some fixed assets i.e. Motor Vehicle’s insurance is renewable, therefore, the information should be updated upon renewable.

P.S. I am aware that I can edit it in the DocType via Developer Mode, but I believe it should be ‘Allowed on Submit’ by default.

This bug hasn’t been fixed yet. Insurance Policies should be allowed to be updated as it changes annually. Any updates on related to this @NCP ?
