Assign Default to a Linked Field

Hello,

I have created “Sales T&C” in the Terms and Conditions list. I would like to assign it as a default in Quotation and Sales form. What do I need to put in the Default field in the “Quotation” form since its a linked to a doctype? This would help creating lot more defaults and would limit the entries a user has to make.

@boysfrancis, goto “Setup > Customization > Customize Form”

Select “Quotation” as DocType and in the field tc add the name of the Term of Conditions that do you need as default in the default section!
