Hello world,
I have 3 requirements. When the leads are assigned to the sales agent,
a) it should show only his assigned leads
b) the sales agents cannot assign leads to someone else
c) sales agents can create leads and assign to himself only.
I have enabled automation on assigning the leads by round robin. The issue is the sales agent cant see their own assigned leads. any solution would be highly appreciated.
