Assign leave policy automatically based on completed years?

Hi guys,

Is it possible to automatically assign leaves based on number of completed years for employees?

For example if an employees joins on 1/1/2020 in the first five years he will have only 21 leaves per year. From 5 year onwards (1/1/2025 onwards) he will have 30 leave per year.

Is it possible to automate this without manually having to change leave policy everytime an employee completes five years?
