How to assign the same user permission for all employees at once.

I want to add a new user permission for all employee like this
user: all
allow: company
ForValue: X

I feel bulk user permission feature is not there.

You can try to update Role Permissions Manager to bulk update users permissions, It will apply to all child users under Role.

Yes, I know about the Bulk Update feature, but in my case, I want to add a new permission, not update an existing one.
