I am a new customer on ERPNext and have recently created my profile and set up everything for the POS module. However, I am facing an issue where the POS screen is not opening.

yes, I created POS profile and other details also. where will open the screen of POS sale screen ?
Type “POS” in the search field (awesomebar), then you should find “Open Point Of Sale” to click on, which opens the “Point of Sale” window.
That’s probably an underdocumented feature.
You can put a “Shortcut Link” on a custom “Workspace” which links to a “Page” which has the name “point-of-sale”, and name it as you like on your Workspace.
