Attach document to purchase invoice

Hi, I thought I saw a way to attach a file to a purchase invoice, but cant find it now. I am running a self-hosted install.

Is there a way to upload a copy of the bill/invoice of a company and attach it to the purchase invoice.

Hi @smartkid808,

You can attach files to almost anything. There’s a bar on the left side of the screen. Example screenshot below.

Thanks… Maybe I have something disabled? I see that on the settings page, but not the actual Purchase Invoice Creation page.

You’ll see the sidebar -after- you initially save the record. :slight_smile:

Ahh Key word. “After” Let me give that a try. Still trying to figure this out. :slight_smile:

I should have tried saving it lol.

ERPNext is overkill for me, as I am only trying to start my business,

Thanks, That worked… I probably don’t have it categorized correctly, just trying to play with it for my business to see how it works and see if its viable for where I work.
