Attach Favicon throws Could not find Folder: Home/Attachments

I’ve not installed ERPNext, just frappe 13. Uploading via File manager also gives

Please check whether the Home folder and Attachments is there or not in File list

Am sharing my file list screenshot. Please check whether you have the Home folder in you file list
