Attached File not shown on the page

Hi, in the previous iterations, attaching a file would usually display their name and link in the sidebar. However, in my version (v15), I can’t seem to see what files are linked. Is this a bug? The image below has an attachment linked to it but is not showing. When I click on the “Attachments” link, it shows me that there is a file linked to it. Is there a way to show it so users can see the files?

click on the lock/unlock button, so it will redirect to the file manager doctype.

Hi, I actually don’t see the lock/unlock button. Below is a photo of page with an attachment. as shown, the button and the attachment is not shown.

First attach the any file from sidebar and then check it.
