Yes, you can upload/download attachments in support ticket communication once it is saved.

Thanks. Is there a maximum file size or certain file types that won't show up in ERPNext when emailed?

Does the file size follow the file size limit set in Setup?

Hi Laurence,

1. Max. attachment file size is 1MB.
2. All file types in attachments are shown in ERPNext when emailed.
