Attendance , Leave, Over time

Regarding Salary Calculation…

See our shop consist of 5 Sales Man … All people doesn’t have access to ERP NEXT… So monthly we are taking bio metric attendance sheet and givig salary & overtime… So how can we get this in ERP. Like A person was absent for 5 days and he has 16 hrs normal overtime for the month… In our previous software when we enter this to a field … system automatically deduct 5 days salary and they automatically calculate 16 hrs normal overtime amount and post … ( Normal Ot = Basic salary/270 * overtime HRS worked )

You can create salary slip from timesheet.

Also, it would be best to allocate leaves to users and whenever absent use the Leave without pay option.
