AttributeError: module 'collections' has no attribute 'MutableMapping'

So I’m in the processes of updating from V12 to V13, following along with these steps here

All going great until upgrading frappe-bench with this

sudo -H pip3 install --upgrade frappe-bench

And now i’m getting this error
