Auto assign based on category

In Helpdesk how can i auto assign a ticket to engineer based on category i have added users name auto assign but its not happening find below screenshot kindly guide us how to do where i missed

Please set the condition in the assignment rule.

1.I have seted the condition rule also added specific users name for auto assign but still ticket not assigned to them automatically

  1. Actually my query is the ticket need to assign automatically to the engineer meanwhile some of the specific category ( storage permission category ticket) needs to be assign automatically to L2 engineer

Your condition is wrong. Please check the documentation.
