In Helpdesk how can i auto assign a ticket to engineer based on category i have added users name auto assign but its not happening find below screenshot kindly guide us how to do where i missed
1.I have seted the condition rule also added specific users name for auto assign but still ticket not assigned to them automatically
- Actually my query is the ticket need to assign automatically to the engineer meanwhile some of the specific category ( storage permission category ticket) needs to be assign automatically to L2 engineer
