I’ve configured a shift with auto attendance and assigned the relevant employees. I’ve also integrated a biometric device to send fingerprint check-in data. However, when I click on the “Mark Attendance” button, it doesn’t record any attendance.
The shift is set up to process attendance after the beginning of the year, alternating entries as IN and OUT within the same shift. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
