Auto email date format

Hi
I have created report using SQL query for student attendance ,while fetching the report iam getting the date format in dd-mm-yy
But while attaching the report to auto email after the email is triggered then in the Excel or CSV format iam getting the date view in yyyy-mm-dd

Which is not needed I want the standard format to work on dd-mm-yyyy
So kindly look in to the issue or give an option for pdf also.

Have you checked .CSV file in plain text editor, like notepad?

Are you viewing in Google sheet or some other software.

Check the locale setting in the viewing software.

You may format viewing of date as:

Tuesday, Dec 17, 2024.

If that is the case, it has nothing to do with frappe / ERPNext / Education App.
