For the last several days, the Welcome email and Auto Email Reports for a production site is not working. However emails for password reset and communications are working fine.
I did restart bench and also bench enable-scheduler for the sites in question as well. But no luck, still the welcome email and auto email reports is not happening.
How do I resolve this problem? can anyone help please. Thanks!
