Auto email report -> send only if there is any data

Morning All
I have created more report linked in Auto email report
Under Enabled i have checked Send only if there is any data
If report is empy, the mail its dont sent, correct?
I have used this function for more time,
At some point, I do not remember well after which update, started getting mails with the blank report.

this the settings:
Send Records Updated in Last X Hours 0
Frequency Daily
Format HTML

I can replicate this in my test account. Thanks for reporting it here. We will check in to this and fix.
