Auto generating POs from barcode scan

Hello

We use an older erpnext v4.12.0 and not sure how to achieve the below,

We desire to be able to scan the item barcodes of all stock when it is delivered/unpacked and have a purchase receipt automatically generated from the item scanning.

Is this available as an option in erpnext? Or could anyone care to share what needs to be done in order to get this sorted?

So it’s not available across any versions of erpnext or just v4?

What needs to be done to achieve this? Only customisation is our way out?

Not available in any version till now.
