I’m trying to create an issue ticket in the ERPNext helpdesk via email account.
I’ve set up the email domain and email account correctly. The problem is issue tickets are getting created with a lot of lag time.
I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the issue, but the ticket got created after alot of duration. There was a lag of approximately 6-10mins for single ticket creation.
Also, please let me know how can I add variables (eg: customer_name) to auto-reply
