Auto Leave allocation is possible? Available leaves as on today's date

is there any way to auto allocate the leave once we upload the opening leave balances via Leave allocation doctype?
can we able to get the balance leave as on today’s date ( 2.5 days per month)

Unfortunalty, I don’t understand.
I’ve never ‘upload the opening leave balance’?
I’m not an expert on that field

Its not possible as of now. Many clients asked for it and we refused to make it on grounds that it is contra to almost all labour laws globally. Plus there will be practical issues as all leaves will be allocated in one month and then staff would like to a avail it one go. Its something HR thinks is right but not good use case.
