Auto material request email notification to specific user

Hi,
Currently, when an an email notification is done due to an automated material request (auto re-order level), an email is sent to all the users.

Is it possible to specify which user(s) to notify in this case?

The auto material request email is only supposed to be sent to purchase and stock managers. Can you can make sure these roles are not assigned to all users?
