Auto SMS send on Payment Entry submit (not working)

While I configure all the settings for the SMS and I already send messages from SMS Center successfully.
When I create an auto notification with SMS channel for Payment Entry that send alert on submit, then I tried to create a Payment Entry for a customer who already have a mobile number I get this message
( Please enter valid mobile nos )

those are the information of the versions I installed
ERPNext: v13.42.5 (version-13)

Frappe Framework: v13.46.2 (version-13)

I have override this issue,
The problems was due to I made the receiver is the owner, and the owner means the one who create the document, and he wasn’t register his mobile number, so I add the mobile number for its account, and the SMS sent well to its number.
