Automated Batch numbering

It would be helpful, when creating a Material Receipt, that when it is saved as a draft that batch numbers be created for all of the parts in the list automatically. It would save alot of double entry. (Please quote any paid dev costs)

Also, having the option to switch to a naming series without switching to developer mode would be nice.
